Fully Funded November 2018 - Rehab Complete!
Exact Location
This well was rehabilitated in the Loki Community in the District of Yumbe.
Prior Drinking Water
This is the water the Loki Community was drinking prior to the rehabilitation of the well.
Women were walking 30 to 60 minutes to this water hole everyday.
Side Effects of drinking this water included:
Diarrhea, vomiting and typhoid
The Actual Well
This well now provides clean drinking water right in the community of Loki!
It currently serves roughly 800 individuals and 60 households.
Lives Changed!
With the new parts, materials and maintenance plan in place this well will last and serve for years to come.
There are no longer any side effects or pain from drinking this clean water.
